What's the difference between 000_00000_TLD and "---" Volume Groups?

"---" means that your media is not in a group because is not loaded in the library, the 000... one is your default volume group.

Why a media could be frozzen after move it to --- Volume Group?

medias get froze because of a number of failures to write to them during certain time, they can get suspended if they are vaulted, but not froze, move one media to this group and confirm if is getting froze, because I think is not a related thing, can be just coincidence.
