What does the following message mean on a restore?

When I did a restore, it showed that it was successful but I got the following error:
 

WRN - unable to set short name on restore: <file.doc> (err=000000b7)

What does that error mean?

1. Restoring an NT File System (NTFS) backup to a FAT32 volume
2. Restoring an NTFS backup to an NTFS volume of a different version. For example, NTFS in NT4 is a different NTFS file system version than that of Windows 2003 Server.
3. In some cases, filenames contain certain extended character types such as "ü," "ÿ," "ú" and so forth

Resolution:
