What does the following message mean on a restore?

When I did a restore, it showed that it was successful but I got the following error:
 

WRN - unable to set short name on restore: <file.doc> (err=000000b7)

What does that error mean?

This warning message is related to file system components in the operating system(s) involved with the backup and restore. It is important to note some predicaments in which this message can occur:

1. Restoring an NT File System (NTFS) backup to a FAT32 volume
2. Restoring an NTFS backup to an NTFS volume of a different version. For example, NTFS in NT4 is a different NTFS file system version than that of Windows 2003 Server.
3. In some cases, filenames contain certain extended character types such as "ü," "ÿ," "ú" and so forth

Resolution:
