What NBU license components are necessary to back up a Zimbra application on a physical server? Will this result in a transaction consisten backup or a crash consistent backup?

Looking at the wikipedia entry for Zimbra shows that it uses MySQL components, so can only presume that it uses this as the DBMS for storing the application data.
There is a NetBackup for MySQL Agent developed through Symantec Partner - Zmanda.

Or get the application team to perform flat file backups to disk and backup through the NBU Client.
