backup doesn't progress

Hi ,

I run a backup on server windows 2012 , but it doesn't progress.

in the event viewer i see this message : : srmsvc error 8197

i try to run the service but it doesn't start.

any one can help me , this message is not known in the forum

what is the netbackup verison that you installed on windows client?

it should be more than 7.5.0.6 verion

That error looks like a Windows Resource Manager issue, not a NetBackup one. Has this backup ever worked before? If it has, have you rebooted the client at all?

i just stop/start netbackup on client...it's working now
