backup error but status 0

i have this error in detailed status :

NBU is reporting WRN = Warning, not errors.

Add the following to bp.conf on client to ignore extended attributes: 
IGNORE_XATTR = YES

About the symbolic link - NBU is merely informing you that it does not follow symbolic links.

That's probably a symlink that you don't need in backup, add it to exclude list if it bothers you

It will tell NBU to ignore 'extended attributes' on VxFS filesystems and just back up the data in the filesystem.

Add the IGNORE_XATTR entry to the /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf file.

NetBackup does not check for extended attributes or named data streams if the IGNORE_XATTR entry is present in the bp.conf file.

This entry should appear only once in the bp.conf file.
