I have some backup jobs that completed with status 1. 

Job detail:

I talked with Symantec support, he recommends me to add theses files in exclude list but I wonder if I add them in exclude list. Does it hurt when I restore C & system state for rebuilding server. Please advice me on it or give me a solution? Thank you.

Those type of files are not needed for restores so they should be excluded from backup.

If any doubt you can contact Microsoft Support.

What does this command show:

# bpclient -L -client sfmaacc02wps

Seems its safe to exclude them all from backup

Ensure you exclude the NTUSER.DAT.LOG1 file and not NTUSER.DAT becuase that file is needed for restore.
