Anyone help me to solve this error.
Backup on client stars01prdbk01 for user root by server stars01prdbk01 failed.
Status = none of the requested files were backed up.
Policy = Catalog_Backup
Schedule = Differential-Inc

Please provide all relevant info:
NBU version (incl patch version) on Master.
OS (and version) on Master
Please copy & paste all info in details tab of failed job.
Is this a new installation with new catalog backup that has never worked or have catalog backups worked fine previously?

This error also occurs when the login account is not correct.
In the Catalog policy, under the Disaster Recovery tab, check for the username and password, Make sure the account listed is still active and password hasn't expired.

Please also verify if you have specified the email address under the Disaster recovery Tab
