changing robot

i have removed my tape library robot and drives from netbackup and again i have added to the same media server. Now after adding the robot and drives. when i try to backup the data to tape it is showingan error 1: (2001) No drives are available for this job.

i didn't changed the volume configuration at all still i am getting this error.

ii am ableto see my tape library and drives from media manager.

my netbackup version is:7.7

os version is- windows 2012

can i resolve tis issue through Gui.

Not a lot to go on.  Do the drive types match the media? 

i.e. HCART = HCART or HCART3 = HCART3

All are fine but y drives are down, i am unable toake it up.

  The Tape drives are active but listed as Not Ready under Netbackup console causing backups and SLP job failures.

Error nbjm (pid=3628) NBU status: 830, EMM status: No drives are available

We need to see your config. Open cmd with 'Run as Administrator'. From (install-path)\Veritas\volmgr\bin run tpconfig -l vmoprcmd -d From (install-path)\Veritas\netbackup\bin\admincmd run bpstulist -U (big U ) Copy the text in the output and post here. Please also tell us what the reason was for deleting and re-adding the devices. Did you restart Device Manager service after each step?
