client/server handshaking failed..status 26

Hi

we have media server which is using to take the DBBS backups

that DBBS backups are failing with 26

Media server and client is same

NBU version 6.5.3

OS : solaris 10

I have bounced NBU and rebooted server also

i have checked VNETD is running

could any one help me out on this
