exchange 2010 Transaction Log is not truncated even after successful full backup

I have two 2010 database servers. Each one are having  4 databases as active and the 4 as passive.

I'm using Netbackup 7.0 and trying to backup the DAG.

 

The netbackup console show as the backup completes successfully. The Exchange Admin Console also

shows as the database backups are completed. But the Transaction LOGS are not getting truncated.

 

Kindly help!!

Avshah,

 

I have seen a similar issue before. the issue was the production environment log shipped to DR. there was an issue with that process. seeing the logs could not be copied to all destinations the logs could not be truncated after backups.

 

good chance it could be an exchange issue.
