exchange 2010 dag restore fails with error code 5

Hi

We are running an Exchange 2010 environment with 2 CAS/ HUB servers and 2 mailbox servers in a DAG group. All 4 servers are running Windows 2008r2.

The Master/ Media server is a Windows 2008 r2 64-bit machine. Both the server and the clients have the latest version 7.1.0.3.

Taking a GRT backup works with no errors. When trying to restore a mail or contact etc, a face the following error:
