You seem to have posted the bpjobd daemon log. I don't that's what we're after. I think what sankar was after was the actvity monitor detail. Can you post that?
Anyway, in the bpjobd log that you posted there a large number of these:

I have exactly the same problem on NBU 7.6.1.2 with RHEL 6.3 Master/Media.

I think we need the bpbrm logs from the master and media and client, and also the bpfis logs from the client.

SDO - I redirect Dtrace to this thread becuase the issue is the same.
Two threads working on excatly the same issue is not optimal in my view :D
