nbpem bin - download ??

Can I download the nbpem bin update, or does it have to come from Symantec ?  I am running 652A on

W2K3.

I don't think you can simply download it. You may be able to get engineering binaries from support, if they have one to fix specific issue and your environment has/have same symptoms.
