After upgrading to 6.0 I applied MP5 patch and started running nbpushdata.. please see the error I got.
# nbpushdata -add
The EMMSERVER entry does not exist in bp.conf.
At this point i added
EMMSERVER = storm in the bp.conf
Stopped/restarted all services....
=> storm: /usr/openv/netbackup
# netbackup stop

stopping the NetBackup Service Layer
stopping the NetBackup Policy Execution Manager
stopping the NetBackup Job Manager
stopping nbproxy...
stopping the NetBackup request daemon
stopping the NetBackup compatibility daemon
stopping the NetBackup database daemon
stopping the Media Manager device daemon
stopping the NetBackup Notification Service
=> storm: /usr/openv/netbackup
# netbackup start
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/nbdbms_start_stop: /usr/openv/db/vxdbms_env.sh: not found
NetBackup will not run without /usr/openv/db/bin/NB_dbsrv running
NetBackup Notification Service started.
NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager started.
NetBackup Resource Broker started.
NetBackup request daemon started.
NetBackup compatibility daemon started.
NetBackup Job Manager started.
NetBackup Policy Execution Manager started.
NetBackup Service Layer started.
NetBackup is not configured for clustering.
NetBackup Service Monitor started.
=> storm: /usr/openv/netbackup
# nbpushdata -add
EMM interface initialization failed, status = 195
Cannot connect to nbemm. Verify that nbemm is running on the EMM Server.
=> storm: /usr/openv/netbackup

followed the upgrade doc..didn't miss a single step at all... Am i missing something serious here
Please help me.
