Where the netbackup admin console login logs will be stored.

by using Opscenter we can get it ?

In 7.0.1 and 7.1 some auditing takes place - see this and related tech notes for more details:

In general the \veritas\netbackup\logs\admin\ folder contains a lot of information about what has been going on in the console.

On earlier versions there are a few other options, covered here:

Not sure if OpsCenter can make use of this - i does have an inbuilt alert for Policy Changes but not really much else that i am aware of

All depends on Version, Operating System and Console type (Java or Windows)
