urgent the Consol Closed suddenly

Urgent when I try to access the media tap or any pool the consol is closed and I can't access any pool

If your Java worked before the replacment of the physical memory, and your server shows that you have the same amount or greater physical memory installed on the server, then it should work.

Are you running the Java console from UNIX and exporting your display back to your Windows desktop (this one uses memory from your Master server)

OR

are you running the java console from your desktop and then connecting to your master server. (this one uses memory from your desktop)

Sorry ,there is miss understaning I chang the meomry to try to solve the problem the problem happened before I change the memory.

clarification:
when I try to access the voulme pool or any media the console crashes and no log found to explain the problem
I 'm using net backup v5.1 mp5 on operating system windows 2000 server
I tried to solve it by change the memory but no thing happened.

I've had that same issue before--nbconsole just seems to crash when I open the media / any volume pool

The workaround below resolves the issue:
1. Close the console and stop all NetBackup services
2. With Regedit - browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Veritas\NetBackup
3. Export the registry key called (just in case you need to backtrack)
4. Delete the registry key
5. Restart NetBackup services
6. Launch the console
