I have a tape that has more than one image on it and I would like to take an image off and put it on it's own tape. The job spanned across 2 tapes so I would like to combine them to one and also move it to a new volume pool if at all possible. Thanks
You need to duplicate the image. Use the bpduplicate command to copy the image, and then optionally expire the first copy (or you could keep the first copy available just in case your new tape is bad when you go to do a restore).
