veritas has beta code that you can get before the release of any version if you are part of beta team

you can subscript for beta program from below..

for general testing for the once that are already release , check with your veritas licensing team or sales rep...

no trail version is avalible generally in open network.

Not sure what "I am testing new code..." means?
NBU 7.7 is definitely not new code.

If you want to test current version NBU software, best to work with knowledgeable reseller for assistance and demo license key.

Contact Veritas Support team for trail license and serial. Veritas give the trial version for temprorary or you can check with your Veritas Account Manager about the same.

Without serial you can not download the base version of NBU.
