I restarted my computer one day because it crashed and everything started up the same way and I got an Error message like this:
Error: "Auto-Protect experienced an unexpected error..." (3035,6)
...so I tried opening up the control center and turning on Auto-Protect and nothing happens, it runs LiveUpdate and nothing happens, still.
I just got this computer maybe a month or 2 ago and it came with the 90 free trial, and my dad has a paid version of this. I haven't seen anything like this happen and neither has my dad.
I'd like a solution other than what the Synmatec site has given me. The solution it gives says to run a Fix Tool and then restart my comptuer, and that doesn't work and all the other solutions include a backup installation of Norton, which I don't have, and uninstalling and reinstalling with the bought discs, which I don't have.
Help please.
