Failed to write the disk signature.(VSFW5.0+Win2k3+HP EVA8000)

Will be shared with 7EA servers EVA8000.
Most servers are configured in the MSCS.
And MPIO used in the Multi-Path S/W.
The first was configured of 4EA servers(3A-1P) are MSCS(SQL)
And the second was configured of 2EA servers is MSCS(Exchange)
The configuration of all the volumes left the FlashSnap.
And all FlashSnap volume the backup server and share the left.
Just to add a new disc in action.
SQL Server is normally operation is completed, but work was not completed the Exchange server.
Exchange operation volume and FlashSnap volume to each of the four the number of servers that are added to the disc.
However "V-76-58628-3 - Failed to write the disk signature." An error has occurred.
Rebooting servers have the same error does occur.
Talk about the configuration of storage hardware engineer is no problem.
What do I need to check?

This is a shared disk Node A and Node B and Node C.

Node A : SDDUMBXMXCA (MSCS for Exchange2007, Active Server)

Node B : SDDUMBXMXCB (MSCS for Exchange2007, Passive Server)

Node C : SDDUHPWBK01 (Backup Server)

 

Noda A and Node B to "Harddisk15" was shared.

And in the Node A and Noda B and Node C "Harddisk19 ~ 22" was shared.

Harddisk15 : Operation Disk

Harddisk19 : FlashSnap disk

Harddisk20 : FlashSnap disk

Harddisk21 : FlashSnap disk

Harddisk22 : FlashSnap disk

 

I want to know how to solve.
