Managed object not show

Hi there,

I have 3 Windows 2003 server running storage exec 5.5.2310. Yesterday we change the user account password and i lose all managed object in the console. I change the 2 services credentials and also the credentials in the dcom manager. I still have the problem, i lose all the managed object. Is there a way to get this back, i saw in the mdb files that the entry are still there. Its a big issue for us as we can't rebuild all quota. There's a bout 500 quota by server.

Hello Etiene!

1 – Choose a managed resource with problem (not view in the console);

2 – Open a command prompt;

3 – Type the command: fltmc attach QAFilter <name of managed resource choose in pass 1> press Enter.

4 – Open a Storage Exec console and select Managed Resources. Press F5.
