SFWHA 4.3, Exchange & IIS

We've just added a new node in our SFWHA 4.3 MP2 Exchange Cluster and when we switch Exchange over to this node, IIS seems to stop working.  The service (w3svc) is still running, port 80 is listening but when I go to http://localhost, I get "Page cannot be displayed".  When we switch off of this node, IIS starts to work again.  What could cause this?

Exchange interferes with IIS. We don't have IIS and Exchange installed on the same nodes. I can't remember if there's a technote somewhere saying that they shouldn't be installed on the same VCS-clustered node.
