I have BESR 8.0 Desktop for Windows and have been using since late 2008, have it on two computers for regular back up use. Recently, one desktop just quit working when I try to run a back up. They other one is working fine.
At boot up I get: VProConsole.exe error, Process ID = 0xa58 (2658), Thread ID = 0xa52 (2652)
I'm in the process once again of uninstalling the software and reinstalling it, however, I think that will be a waste of time because it will not fix the root cause.
I have been reviewing blogs here and other places, but can't seem to find any answers to how to fix this problem. Any suggestions? If there is a thread here already that can help, please point me there. Thanks!
