I am tring to restore a clients dying server to a new lenovo box. I can do the recovery but as windows is starting it blue screens, during the recovery I was prompted to install 2 kb fixes. The first time I bypassed doing this. The second time I attempted the restore I read the warning and it indicated that the computer may not boot without the kb's installed.
I downloaded the kbs to a flash drive, however when I point Besr to the files it does not pick them up and will not install them, the continue option is greyed out.
Anyone have this issue or a solution??
