BESR2010 Error when starts the backup job

Hello,

when the BESR2010 starts the backup job from task, the following error occured.

i have delete all the backup files, and start the backup task again, but the same error. now i have no backups from my desktop client. i cannot create a new one.

Installed is BESR2010 9.0.1 on a Windows XP SP3 PC.

Anyone an idea?

Probier's mal mit einem Restart der Maschine und falls das nix nutzt installier BESR mal neu.

Hallo Markus,

ein Neustart hat tatsächlich geholfen. Ich habe im Forum gelesen, das es für BESR2010 SP2 gibt. LiveUpdate sagt aber, das BESR2010 auf dem aktuellen Stand ist. Es ist aber nur SP1 installiert.

Über Fileconnect.symantec.com kann man es jedenfalls auch downloaden. Würdest Du diesen Thread als gelöst markieren bitte ?
