BESRO and Dynamic Disk

The instructions for this software make numerous references to being able to resize a disk during the creation process. They also refer to being able to delete a partition and select a larger area to install to.

When I try to restore a system that has AD, Certificate server, and dynamic disks on an Intel SRCZCRX hardware raid array, the option to resize the drive is greyed out during the restore process along with the option to delete the partition.

The whole purpose in purchasing this software was to resize the partition that the OS was on due to a lack of drive space, a task mentioned more than several times in the literature etc. This is not apparently possible when the disk is dynamic and not a basic disk. Is there a simple way that this can be accomplished without totally reconstructing the disk from scratch?

Have you tried using diskpart in SRD in order to delete problematic volume? Once this is done, follow the wizard and you should be able to use unallocated space and resize it to suit your needs.
