Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5

Hi all - i have a query about backup exec system recovery 8.5 - sorry if it is a really simple question but i have just started learning about symantec products.

in the company i work for we use Backup Exec 12 but were interested in looking at system recovery 8.5 - we backup 18 or so servers overnight and are looking at moving to a D2D2T system.

I was wondering if the system recovery software works in conjunction with Backup Exec 12 or if it would need to be installed on a seperate server?

Hi Warney

I'm not aware of any interaction between the Backup Exec 12 and System Recovery 8.5 packages - we have them both installed on the same server, and it doesn't cause any issues.
