I have Backup Exec Sys Recovery 8.5 installed on a central server. When I create a new backup job on this particular server for this server, I can either backup the whole disk or by files/directories.
I also have 3 remote agents running on other servers. When I try to create a backup job on any of these remote servers (from the central server), I only have the option to backup the whole disk, not specific files/directories (dithered out). I double checked and all the servers are licensed.
What could be causing this?
