Can't create an incremental snapshot

Hi,

we're useing BESR on 2 Win2k3-Servers. The first server runs BESR V7.0.0.20350 and the second server runs BESR V7.0.1.21808.

On the server with V7.0.0.20350 I can create a weekly backup plan which creates base snapshot every sunday and an incremental snapshot on weekdays.

On the server with V7.0.1.21808 the necessary options are not available. Thus I get a full snapshot erveryday.

How can I create an incremental snapshot with V7.0.1.21808?

Hello TomL,

BESR V7.0.0.20350  is the Base release and BESR V7.0.1.21808 is the Service Pack One release.  Scheduling incrementals is done exactly the same method.

On the 'Backup Time' screen, press the 'Advanced...' button.

Check  'Schedule' box and select days to create incrementals.

Check box 'Run more than once per day' and set frequency.

[OK]
