Create Recovery CD is greyed out?

I am trying to use the trial version of System Recovery for Servers, but it wont let me create a bootable CD.  Can anyone help me out here?

Hello,
 
The default trial version of the product does not include the ability to create a custom recovery disk.  In order to do this, you will need to contact a Symantec sales rep and request a full trial license (a license key that expires, but unlocks all product features).  You will also need to request access to the default recovery disk (required by the customizable recovery disk wizard).

Our recovery environment is based on Microsoft's WinPE 2.0 operating system, and our license agreement with Microsoft does not allow us to include the default recovery disk in the free trial download available from our site.
