Desbloquear disco C: en windows 2008 para poder realizar respaldo

Necesito realizar una copia del disco c: en windows 2008, alguien  sabe que tengo que desbloquear, para que me muestre la unidad el BESR 8.5

Si he entendido bien, el disco C: no es visible dentro de la interfaz BESR?
