We believe that it was fixed in 8.0.3. If you are experiencing this error in 8.0.3 please create a case under your support agreement so that we can troubleshoot the issue directly.

For anyone else experiencing this issue ("Error ED800012 The Internal Structure of the image file is invalid damaged or unsupported") and the issue is not solved by upgrading to 8.0.3 or 8.5, please follow the instructions outlined in the following technote. http://support.veritas.com/docs/292972
