Error EC8F1FA5: There is not enough space to create the offsite copy ...

Hello,

I have the same problem as already discussed here: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/there-not-enough-space-create-offsite-copyIs there already a fix for this problem??

The weird thing is, that we have about 300 workstations where the backup works, but there are about 10 where this error occurs.

The whole error message is:

"Error EC8F1FA5: There is not enough space to create the offsite copy on "XXX". Error EBAB03F1: There is insufficient disk space to complete operation."

But there is for sure enough space on XXX.

So could you please help me??

please try to remapp the network drive again by using "net" command as the pre-backup script:

NET USE drive /DELETE>y.txt

in the y.txt
