Hello,
 
I am getting error ed800000: Missing span files G:\svr.domain.com_C_DRIVE001_s01.v2i. File should exit, because G:\svr.domain.com_C_Drive001_s01.v2i exists.
 
This happens when I try to open the image to restore files in Symantec Recovery Browser.

This is fixed, it was a problem with my script for creating the jobs, I had it set to base when it should have been incremental.
