Evaluation copy of BESR has been installed and I can't see where to change the license

But if i open C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared

I can't find and |licenses folder....maybe it's because there's something different on windows vista....

Look in Program data folder.   Pretty sure the licenses folder is located there in Vista.

Hello,

Usually the option to install a license file is found under the "Help" menu of the product.

If the option is not listed there, try the following:

1.  Stop the Backup Exec System Recovery service.

2.  Search for, and delete, any files that have the .SLF extention

3.  Re-start the Backup Exec System Recovery service.
