From which user account should I run my BESR 2010 back ups?

I have three user accounts on my machine: 2 x standard user accounts for myself and a friend and 1 x administrator level account from which I install most apps. I am thinking that I should be logged into my administrator account to run the back up, but is it okay to do so from my standard user account?

Since BESR runs backups using the local system account it should not matter which user is logged on locally.
