How to send email on backup finished and Ok

Hello,

I've a daily-task backuping a folder. I would like to be warned on successful backup.

I 've looked for such an option in Symantec backup but could'nt find one.

Do you know how could i proceed ?

under tasks and then options you can see SMTP settings and if you set the alert levels you can get emails when the job starts and finished

if not you can use a command line email and create a batch file to run after the job has complete
