I am receiving the following error when attempting to install Symantec System Recovery 2011 Management Solution onto Windows Server 2008 R2. Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

I have enabled Internet access and this has solved the problem. Thanks for your help.

At what exact point do you see this error?

Could you upload a screenshot please?

It fails during the install readiness check on the installation manager. Screenshot attached.

I see that you have IIS 7.5 installed. Have you enabled IIS 6.0 compatibility mode for this?

If not, please do this and then try again to see if it helps.

IIS 6 compatibility Mode is showing as having already been installed.

Does this server have an internet connection?

Are you trying to intall with an offline package?

The server doesn't currently have an Internet connection as its in a test environment.

I am installing from a network share where I had previously downloaded the files from fileconnect.

I suspect this is the cause. Are you able to temporarily enable access to the internet to prove this theory?
