I had to reinstalled Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery and afterwards I then ran Live Update. I saw that Ghost was mysteriously listed as a program to update even though I don't have it on my computer. I thought maybe it had something to do with BESR but every time Live Update runs it tries (and fails) to update Ghost with the Windows Installer message that: "The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade."
So... a three-fold question:
1. Is this Ghost update necessary to run BESR?
2. If not, how do I remove it from the LU Update list?
3. If so, how do I get LU to update it
