I have a configuration of BESR 9.0.1 where I backup my system drive to an internal hard drive. I can no longer see the internal drive to perform a Recovery. I get an error message saying that "network services" cannot be established. The only drive visible is the X: drive.
Nothing physical has changed since the original installation. Recovery has been performed in the past.
Any ideas?

I had to find the 32 bit drivers for the RAID disc controller and load them when I ran SRD. I was able to see all of the "restore points" now.
Thanks

Do you restore using the SRD ? What's the exact error code and message ?

Any updates here ?

There are no error codes.
When booting the SRD the network drivers fail to install and all I can see is the X drive.
I updated to 9.0.2 but there is no change.
The behavior is the same if I use the generic SRD vs the custom SRD.

Did you use a XP or Vista/Win7 driver for the custom SRD ?

Win7 Enterprise 64 bit

Try a 32 bit driver. The driver must be appropriate to the SRD operating system and not the operating system on the target machine.

Yep give the 32bit a try.

The SRD disk that I use works fine on a 32 bit machine. I've used it to move an XP installation to new hardware.

So would you please mark this post as solved ?

The SRD does not work on the 64 bit PC. It appears a disk controller issue and not a NIC problem.
