I keep on backing up the C drive of our computer but then when i check the backed up files through the "Date Modified" there are only a few documents that's date is modified on that most recent date and then when i checked our other saved files from this one program that we always use, mostly there's only 2 typed data that are saved when i already type 4-5 data from that folder.
Then i tried doing a File back up instead of a drive back up Just the Documents that are always in use and the program and files that are constantly being used and it's backed up in a format that i'm not able to open in Any kind of way...so, i was wondering if downloading that patch up would help...i think the 8.5.5? was it? and what's the difference between a Drive C backup and File back up and why can't i explore the file back up unlike the Drive C back up.
