SSR 2011

We have been deploying SSR 2011 on few clients now..  One of our clients wants to test the bear metal recovery option from an image on a similar hardware for a test.

Where do I download the BOOTABLE CD/DVD so I can boot the new hardware and load storage drivers and then copy the image file  for speedy recovery?

or

Can I create this bootable DVD/CD from the acutal installtion on the server.  Tried to use DVD ISO iamge and got lost ... could not do it !

Have you downloaded the SRD ?

You may visit Symantec download website which is https://fileconnect.symantec.com and use your SSR 2011 to download your software. You have to download the SRD and Product file name. Please contact Symantec Customer Care if you need your serial number at 1-800-721-3934 option 2.
