Hi all,
from time to time I receive from some machines this error message:
Error EC8F177D: Cannot create a new job. Error EBAB03F1: Incorrect parameter
but the backup job is completed successfully (the error message is logged after the backup job, typically the next day).
It's not a space problem; but I don't understand what is the cause.
I see the error thorugh the Management Console.
Any hints?

And is this error only seen on jobs using the management solution? What about non-managed jobs?

We only have MS managed SSR/BESR clients, so I can't say anything about non managed jobs.

Are you seeing this on any particular backup job (full/incremental/independent)?
And is this limited to the operating system that Markus mentions above?

We have only one backup job (full the first day of the month, incremental the other days).
My clients are Windows 7 Professional, the Management Console is installed on Windows Server 2008R2 64 bit
