System Recovery Manager

We have around 100 servers and have been using the stand alone email notification from each server to find out staus of backups. Well it is just to much work and Installed the trial manager and need to pitch it to the boss and want to know what is the best way to import all the servers into the manager? Do you have to do it one by one?
