Are the recovery point files created with .v2i or .iv2i extensions?
v2i = full backup
iv2i = incremental backup

All file is .v2i

Did you configure the job to be independent (full only) instead of recovery point set (full+incremental) ?

The process is successfully created recovery point, but it does not work. Always create a full backup.

What I mean is this....
When you create a new backup job, you get two options for the type of job:
Recovery point set (default)
Independent (full only)
Which one did you choose?
And what operating system is this and what type of volume(s) are you backing up?

I chose Recovery point set, the operating system is Windows Server 2008

Do you have SP1 for SSR 2013 installed? Check in Help/About for version details - if it says 11.0.1, you already have SP1 installed.
If SP1 is already installed, or does not help, I would recommend you open a support case for this issue.
