What's BESR 2010 virtual Edition? How it do?

BESR2010 virtual edition, how is it working?  I have a  esxi4 server hosts 20 windows server 2003. How to deploy my BESR2010 virtual edition? If I install the BESR on all my guest os or remotely backup all my 20 virtual machine?

You will need to install BESR inside each guest machine and back them up to a central/network location.
