Windows 2008 Server 64bit, BESR 8 SP2 fails to install

I can push the install file from our 8.0.2.26324 server to the Windows 2008 Server 64bit machine and it installs the 8.0.1 version but fails on the 8.0.2.26324 update using the smaller SP2 update package.  Running the update manually the installer starts but then brings up a window that's looking for "Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery.msi" which is not located anywhere on the system.

Is there workaround for this?  I'm downloading the 8.0.2 large overall installer but I don't know if you can use that to do updates of remote installs like this.

Just an FYI the full instaler of 8.0.2 will update the deployed agents.  I was unsure if it would update it or upgrade to the full management console.
