At Risk status reported

Hi,

I have a server, one internal hard disk, and two external USB hard disks.

I have configured a BESR 8 backup job to run overnight using the first external USB hard disk as it's target.

The second external USB external hard disk is configured as an "offsite" target.

The backup works fine; it runs as scheduled and as long as the offsite drive is attached to the server, the offsite copy happens as expected.

Unfortunately, the offsite drive is reporting as "At Risk" in the BESR console and the tray icon has a big red circle with a white cross through it all the time.

I will never want to backup the offsite disk.  How do I get rid of the "At Risk" status?

Thanks in advance,

Dave.

There is an option within BESR 8 to ignore the status of a specific drive.

Check out page 158 on this pdf here.

Bump.

I am having the same problem with multiple computers.  Even when there is one drive ( C: ) and I have turned status reporting completely off, some computers maintain they are "At Risk." When I examine the computer it says "All recommended drives, files and folders are backed up."

No failures are found for the client.

I have tried refreshing the client.

I have followed the steps on page 158 and browsed for other solutions, but can not find any.  Can you offer any other assisstance please?
