create recovery disk

I am evaluating the trial version of system recovery server edition.  I want to test the restore procedure but the option to "create recovery disk" is not available.  Is this something that is disabled in the trial version?

Other questions:

Does the incremental backups perform a bit level update for DB changes?  I want to use this with MSSQL and Exchange, and push the changes over a WAN link.  Will it copy the entire SQL and Exchange database everytime or just the changed items within the DB?

Hello,

Yes, the "Create Recovery Disk..." feature is disabled in the trial version of the product. 

Only incremental changes are captured with incremental backups.  The entire MSSQL or Exchange database files would not be backed up each time an incremental backup was run, only bit-level changes.
