"Cannot retrieve backup job properties"

There are 3 computers:

A (w2k3) - with BESR 8 installed
B (xp sp2) - backup destination
C (xp sp2) - with BESR 8 agent

On A, I've already defined a backup job and it's work fine (B = backup destination).
I deployed the agent on C and I try to define a backup job that has the same backup destination as A. On "Backup destionations" section, I specified the folder, the username (domain\username) and the password. When I click on next, an error appears: "Cannot retrieve backup job properties".

There is no firewall, the account has administrative rights, there is a password. From C, I can connect to B using \\B\folder

What am I doing wrong?

2. Type cd\
3. Type cd Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Shared
4. Type regsvr32 /s EventMonitors.dll NotifyHandler.dll VProAuto.dll VProObj.dll VProProgress.dll VProScheduler.dll
